Os nomeados para os Gotham Independent Film Awards

São os mais antigos prémios na área do cinema independente norte-americano. A 21ª cerimónia de entrega destes galardões terá lugar a 28 de Novembro. Eis os nomeados.

Destaque para dois títulos com três nomeações cada:

"The Descendants", de Alexander Payne (de "Sideways" e "About Schmidt") com George Clooney sobre um rico proprietário que tenta reconstruir a relação com as filhas após um acidente de barco.

"Martha Marcy May Marlent", primeira longa metragem de Sean Durkin que conta a história de uma jovem que tenta recuperar a sanidade mental após ter fugido de uma seita religiosa. Elisabeth Olsen (uma das gémeas Olsen) é a protagonista.

A cerimónia de entrega dos Gotham Awards terá lugar no luxuoso Cipriani Wall Street, em Nova Iorque, na segunda-feira, 28 de Novembro.
